Viewings are personalised, no group viewings at all! Our team of expert negotiators will show you around, after working hours not to mention Saturdays or Sundays if necessary. We do not have a first come first serve policy: we will consider all applications to ensure we match the right Tenant to the right place.
Application & Rental Payments
In order to take a property off the market you are required to pay your Agency Fees and Deposit. Your first month’s rental payment will be made to us at our offices when you collect your keys, subsequent payments will be collected by Standing Order (automatic bank transfer).
Utilities, Inventory and Inspections
We will advise utility companies that you have moved in, we will let the Council Tax department know also. An Inventory Report will be emailed out to you within 7 days of your Tenancy Start Date, you will have 14 days to check and make any amendments/comments. 2 months after you move in, we will visit to see how you’re getting on, subsequent inspections are 6 monthly unless we deem otherwise.

Out of Hours Maintenance
Our office phone number 0115 941 0656 will go through to our offices 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-3pm on Saturdays. All other times (including public holidays) calls to this number will be answered by our call centre. If you have an emergency at your property, our on-call team will be notified accordingly.
In House Maintenance
We are proud to boast our in-house maintenance team which is devoted keeping our clients happy. Recently we completed over 100 jobs in a single month!
On the day you move out you are required to drop your keys to our offices (One Fletcher Gate, Nottingham NG1 1QS). Upon receipt, our Property Managers will visit the property and write to you about the return of your Deposit.
We use the TDS to register your deposit payment. Note that in some instances Landlords may wish to register deposits with a company of their choice, in this case we will inform you at the time.
