House prices are rising by the second and the Midlands has shown the most growth.

The West Midlands has seen a 4 percent growth taking the average asking price up to £210,000 - £215,000! As for the East Midlands... prices have jumped by 5.7% in comparison to last year  - the highest increase out of all the regions.

If you're wondering why the prices of properties are increasing so dramatically, the answer is: shortage of homes(!). Forecasts show it’s only going to get worse over the next few quarters.
